The Sunday School
Our Sunday school meets Sunday morning following the Holy Eucharist. There are classes for children, beginning at preschool age and continuing through High School. There is also a Sunday Adult Forum led by the pastor, which studies and discusses Holy Scripture and theological topics presented by the class.
Sunday Nursery Care
Nursery care is available Sunday mornings from 8:45 through the Sunday school hour. Our Sunday nursery care people have been with us for many years. We are very pleased to report that they are preschool teachers who hold degrees in childhood development and related fields. They are certified in childhood CPR and possess FBI clearances. They are trustworthy, intelligent people who make the most of the time they spend with the children placed in their care and they are willing and able to care for infants.
Ministry with Youth
Young people are also actively engaged in the life of the church through the Sunday school, confirmation classes, first communion classes and service at the altar as acolytes. There are also activities and events for teens scheduled at various times during the year.
Choir
Our choir is an important part of the life of All Saints, singing at the Sunday liturgies from September through June as well as at the services of Christmas, Holy Week and other major days of Christian celebration falling on weekdays. The choir's ministry is to lead the congregation in the singing of the liturgy. The choir also sings the appointed Gospel Verses and Offertories as well as anthems. Rehearsals are held Thursday evenings from 7:00 until 8:30. New members are always welcome.
Christian Education
Our Christian Education Program also includes confirmation classes, first communion classes and classes for adult inquirers.
The Prayer Board
It is the work of the church, and of the Christian, to intercede on behalf of those in need as Christ intercedes for us. The Prayer Board exists to facilitate this ministry of prayer and is found in the baptistry. There, prayers may be requested for any and for all. If you would like a note sent by the church to someone for whom you have asked the church's prayers, please notify the church office and provide the necessary information.
Ushers
Ushers provide an important and necessary service to the church. Those willing to serve as ushers are asked to speak to Keith Grefsrud or the Pastor.
